The Choice Hotels Platinum and Gold Awards are based on receiving high measures in key areas, such as guest satisfaction and superior service. Additional award criteria are evaluated by Choice Hotels through its official property ranking reports. These awards represent the top 5% of hotels in their respective Choice hotel brands.

Mark Morath, President of Hospitality Asset Management Company said, “This is such a great honor to have all four of our Choice Hotel properties recognized on such a large scale.
